  1. This file contains installation instructions for WPINDEX 2.0:

  4.    1.  Once you have unpacked the WPINDEX archive into an empty directory
  5.        you should have the following files:

  8.           WPINDEX.EXE    The WPINDEX program

  10.           INSTALL.BAT    The installation program

  12.           A-INDEX.BAT }

  37.         All files but WPINDEX.EXE are sample or documentation files.    
  38.         Only WPINDEX.EXE is needed to run WPINDEX.
  39.  
  40.     2.  If you want to use the WPINDEX default directory (C:\WPINDEX)
  41.         just run the INSTALL.BAT procedure from the DOS prompt.
  42.         
  43.         If you want to have your own defaults, copy WPINDEX.EXE and
  44.         A-INDEX.BAT, B-INDEX.BAT and C-INDEX.BAT into a directory 
  45.         of your choice.
  46.         
  47.     3.  Print out the WPINDEX.WP manual using WordPerfect 5.0 or 5.1. 
  48.     
  49.     4.    At least read the USING WPINDEX - A SHORT TOUR section of the 
  50.         manual.
  51.     
  52.     5.  If necessary, adjust the A-INDEX, B-INDEX and C-INDEX batch 
  53.         files according to instructions in the INSTALLING WPINDEX 
  54.         section of the manual.    
  55.
